People’s movements defend food sovereignty on Anti-Imperialist Week

This Saturday, October 16, people’s movements and political organizations around the world mobilize in the International Week of Anti-Imperialist Struggle for Food Sovereignty, which includes festivals, webinars, seed planting and food distribution actions. Among the organizers are the rural movements that are part of La Via Campesina and the International Peoples’ Assembly, which brings together more than 200 organizations from different countries, and which prepared this informative video on the importance of Food Sovereignty in the world today.
